How long does it take to be running on TurboWP?
From receiving your current site access details to going live is approximately 72 hrs, depending on domain name changes and propagation.
Do you help with domain name (DNS) pointing?
Yes, we can definitely assist you with having your domain name pointed, as well as give you the option for us to takeover your domain name management should you wish. We currently manage hundreds of domains for our clients.
How often is WordPress updated on TurboWP?
We update your core WordPress software and plugins every month, as well as schedule automated updates for certain plugins and the WordPress Core, if we deem your set-up suitably stable.
What happens if something goes wrong with my website?
On TurboWP, we have a full automatic daily-back-up of the your site, which can be restored in a matter of minutes from our side. With a TurboWP Plan, there is also an included Staging/Test site of your website, where any changes can be tested before being released to your live site.

TurboWP is wholly-owned by Private Label Web Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a specialist web agency founded 15 years ago in 2008 in Cape Town, South Africa.
